Visual Merchandiser at GASSAN Schiphol
For our Visual Merchandising department at Schiphol, we are looking for an enthusiastic Visual Merchandiser.

At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, we operate multiple sales locations and focus on international passengers. Our points of sale vary widely, including mono-brand stores such as Rolex, Omega, and Montblanc, as well as our own GASSAN boutiques offering a wide range of diamonds, jewellery, and watches.
The Visual Merchandising Team at GASSAN Schiphol is responsible for the appearance and presentation of our sales locations at the airport, making an important contribution to commercial performance. We are looking for a creative all-rounder who enjoys variety and a hands-on approach.
The responsibilities include:
- Displaying newly arrived products
- Maintaining the presentation of our products at the desired standard
- Developing and executing new themes and decorations for display windows
- Working with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Supporting graphic tasks such as creating visuals for display windows and LED boxes
The Visual Merchandising team currently consists of three people. Work is scheduled on a rota basis (including one weekend every three weeks), with working hours between 07:00 and 19:00. You will also be available to support events throughout the country.
To fit within our team, you should have:
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A flexible, non–9-to-5 mentality
- A presentable appearance
- Strong Dutch (ABN) and English language skills
- Preferably an education at Nimeto level or a similar background
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Above all, a strong affinity with and passion for our products
- Ability to reach Schiphol within 1 hour by public transport
